Francisca Andersson

Francisca Andersson currently serves as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech Delivery at Kindred Group plc since August 2022. Prior to this role, Francisca worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in technology at Randstad Sweden from February 2021 to August 2022 and held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Envoi AB between August 2020 and January 2021. Francisca's career began in the recruitment sector with Randstad Sweden as a Tech Recruiter and Talent Manager from September 2018 to April 2020. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from November 2014 to September 2018 and as a Barista at Waynes Coffee from September 2013 to November 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR/personal administration from Stockholm University, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
