Rikard Henriksson

Rikard Henriksson is a value-driven CFO at Redeploy, dedicated to supporting people-oriented businesses in achieving profitable growth. With experience as CFO at TRUESEC, they facilitated significant international expansion and revenue growth, multiplying the business fourfold during their tenure. They previously served as CFO at HiQ, overseeing financial reporting and successful budget processes, and held the position of Head of Accounting at DOZ Apotek, where they built a new accounting organization from the ground up. Rikard began their career as a Business Consultant at Grant Thornton and is an Approved/Authorized Public Auditor. They hold a Master’s degree in Business and Administration from Uppsala University.
