Pete Weil

Pete Weil is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President at The Redesign Group since April 2021, Pete has also held the position of Regional Director. As the Owner and Co-Founder of P&W Enterprise, LLC. since January 2017, Pete has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a track record of co-founding Merican Mule, which operated until December 2023. Pete's previous experience at Dell EMC spanned nearly nine years, with various roles focused on data center sales and customer development in regions including Los Angeles County and South Florida. Earlier career milestones include positions as a Sales Manager at Mountains' Edge Fitness and a Lifeguard at Eldorado Artesian Springs, Inc. Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a High School Diploma from Fairview High School.
