Ruby Bachus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner management and operations. Currently, Ruby serves as a Partner Alliance Manager at The Redesign Group since September 2025, following a significant tenure at ITsavvy as a Senior Partner Operations Manager and Partner Manager for HP. Ruby's earlier experience includes a role as a Sales & Support Associate at Faria Education Group, where Ruby successfully managed software issues for over 1,500 schools, improving resolution times considerably. Prior to that, Ruby worked at Outerwall as a Social Media Moderator, enhancing customer retention and engagement through strategic content management. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design & Technology.
