Simon Marx has extensive experience in research and strategy within the investment sector, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Notably, Simon held the position of Head of Research at Close Investments, as well as at Redevco and Lothbury Investment Management Limited. From April 2021 to August 2022, Simon was a Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management, focusing on European Research & Strategy. Prior experience includes being Head of Property Forecasting & Analysis at Experian Business Strategies and Senior European Property Analyst at CB Richard Ellis. Simon's career began as a Research Analyst at Ernst & Young. Academic qualifications include studies at The University of Reading from 2004 to 2009.
