David Madeling

David Madeling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and financial analysis. As the Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Preservia Holding since February 2016, David focuses on sustainable and affordable housing in areas experiencing acute housing shortages. Their background includes roles as an Equity Analyst and Editor at Redeye AB, where David specializes in technical analysis and financial content for retail investors. Other significant positions include Chairman and Co-Founder of X Design Sweden AB, Senior Project Manager at Concent AB, and Managing Director at DH Trading AB, among others. David holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Stockholm University and has completed military service as a Staff Sergeant in the Royal Swedish Marine.
