Barbara Pierce

Barbara Pierce is the founder and principal of Women with Capital®, a private learning community dedicated to empowering women to utilize their wealth for meaningful change. Over the past five years, Barbara has facilitated member investments exceeding $150 million into impact initiatives. With 30 years of experience advising prominent philanthropists on causes such as climate change and social justice, Barbara has also founded Transformative Giving and serves on multiple advisory councils, including REDF. A Wellesley College alumna with a master's in Latin American Studies from UT-Austin, Barbara resides in Marin County with their family.
