Deana Frank is a strategic and optimistic nonprofit leader currently serving as the Director of Development at REDF. Previously, Deana held leadership positions including Director of Advancement at Community Partnership School and Director at the Elijah Cummings Youth Program, where they managed a two-year leadership development program for exceptional teens.
