Peter Maniatis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Peter started their career at Honeywell in 1991 as a Sales Executive and later became a Branch Manager. During their time at Honeywell, they worked on aerospace/avionics technologies, defense communications product development, and industrial control offerings. Peter also played a key role in establishing a design, deployment, and support team for major military aircraft upgrade programs.
After leaving Honeywell, Peter joined IBM in 1998 as an ISV Partner Manager. In this role, they focused on business development in the ERP market, representing IBM's interests in software, hardware, and business consulting. Peter collaborated with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and various consulting firms.
In 2001, Peter co-founded BOMweb Pty Ltd, where they served as a Co-Founding Principal and Owner. BOMweb provided a cloud-based advanced esourcing solution for the Australian mid-market. The company helped over 50 medium to large Australian companies develop their eSourcing and advanced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling capabilities.
Since 2005, Peter has been the CEO and Joint Managing Director of RedFig Networks. RedFig Networks is a leading Systems Integration and SaaS Engagement Partner in Australasia. The company leverages innovative technologies and its understanding of the Australian telecommunications and networks market to deliver next-level client solutions. Peter's leadership has driven the RedFig team to bring creative ideas to life and create value-adding solutions for large network operators.

Peter Maniatis attended Waverley High School from 1980 to 1985. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at Monash University from 1986 to 1990. Following a gap in education, Peter went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at RMIT University from 1997 to 1999.
