Lu Bu

Lu Bu, PMP, is an experienced compensation program manager currently serving as the Principal Compensation Program Manager at Redfin, a role held since May 2021. Lu Bu has successfully managed annual compensation planning for over 3,000 employees, encompassing a budget of $5M, and has led salary range update projects for more than 300 roles. Previously, Lu Bu held positions at Pacific Dental Services, where Lu Bu redesigned incentive plans and created evaluation methods that improved financial performance.
