Vanessa Leimback, CAM, has extensive experience in property management and real estate, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Vanessa began as an Assistant Manager and Marketing Director at First Management Inc and progressed to various roles including Property Manager at Wasatch Property Management and Fairfield Residential, where oversight of multi-million dollar assets was crucial. Notably, Vanessa served as Community Manager at The P.B. Bell Companies, managing the lease-up for a significant 389-unit asset. Additionally, Vanessa worked as a Licensed Realtor and Transaction Coordinator at AIL/Agave, facilitating property transactions and client negotiations.
