You get what you incent. When the founders of Redfish Advisors formed the company they did so with a desire to align their interests with those of their clients. We believe the axiom “no one can serve two masters” is very true and often violated. In the investment advisory, site selection, and tenant representation side of our business we purposefully chose to serve only the buy-side of a transaction. We believe that buyers and tenants should be represented independently from the sell-side and further we believe that listing properties can create conflicts when representing buyers as there is a fiduciary responsibility to sell your inventory.

Likewise, in our consulting and capital advisory assignments we work hard to avoid conflicts and to align our interests with those of our clients. We will not create a situation where we are incented to act in a way that compromises our clients' best interest.
