Matt Evans is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, and business management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development at RED Global since May 2024, Matt previously held the same title at WorldWide Electric Corporation for almost a year. Prior to this, Matt was the CFO at Nextiles, where the focus was on innovative fabric technologies that integrate biomechanical and biochemical data. Matt's career also includes significant roles in business development at Implus, acquisitions at Driven Brands Inc., and financial analysis at Baird and Cary Street Partners, following a foundational internship experience with Fluor Corporation. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, obtained in 2009.
