Alistair Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electrical utilities sector, currently serving as Principal at GridGen Consulting, where they provide strategic consulting to network and power system operators. As an Advisory Board Member at RedGrid since 2019, Alistair engages with software tools that support the Community Renewable Energy movement. With a background in executive leadership across multiple multinational companies, Alistair has developed a unique blend of technical and operational expertise. They are also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and actively collaborate with universities and utility leaders to advance next-generation electrical grids. Outside of work, Alistair enjoys theatre, trekking, sailing, and cycling.
