Beth Tootle

Beth Tootle, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of HR Business Partners for Americas Sales and Global Tech Sales at Red Hat since January 2022, after holding positions as Sr. Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to Red Hat, Beth Tootle spent over a decade at Grifols, where roles included Associate Director of Human Resources and Sr. HR Business Partner, focusing on U.S. Sales, Managed Markets, and Canada. Previous experience includes recruiting and management positions at Manpower Professional, Supplemental Health Care, and United Emergency Services, Inc. Beth Tootle earned a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
