Bill Ackerman

Bill Ackerman is a Director of HR Service Delivery at Red Hat, where they lead Service Management and Shared Services teams to enhance HR services for employees. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager for the People Experience Team at Red Hat, driving continuous improvement and operational support. Bill began their career as an Apprentice at Inner Quest, Inc., and developed leadership skills as a Lead Instructor at BaseCamp Cullowhee before managing teams at Apple and acting as Field Director for Project SOAR. Bill earned a BA in Parks and Recreation Management from Western Carolina University in 2003.
