Brock Spradling

Brock Spradling serves as the RVP of Federal Civilian Sales at Red Hat, where they lead a team of 36 account executives and managers dedicated to delivering open-source solutions to the U.S. government. With over a decade of experience in the federal market, Brock has held various roles at Red Hat, including Sr. Director of Federal Civilian Sales and Sr. Manager for Federal Healthcare. Prior to Red Hat, Brock worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Ostrato and held positions at IBM. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at The George Washington University, Brock is passionate about developing sales talent and fostering a culture of innovation within their team.
