Catherine Weeks

Catherine Weeks is an experienced leader in software engineering and user experience, with a strong background in artificial intelligence and hybrid applications. At Red Hat, Catherine served as Director of Red Hat AI, focusing on delivering high-quality software for AI and machine learning users, and as Director of Hybrid Application Console, managing the development of various OpenShift user consoles. Prior experience includes roles at SeaChange International, where Catherine led user experience teams and standardized interface patterns, and at Microsoft as a Program Manager Intern, where project management and SDLC process improvements were key contributions. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Northeastern University.
