Chuck Copello, CSM, is an experienced manager and educator with a robust background in engineering and documentation program management. Currently serving at Red Hat since June 2016, Chuck has held multiple managerial roles, focusing on improving documentation processes. Prior to Red Hat, Chuck worked at NetApp as the Manager of Engineering Education, where a Certified Scrum Master certification and experience as an Engineering instructor were utilized to develop and teach Agile and QA Engineering Practices classes, reaching over 300 engineers globally. Chuck's earlier roles included Sr. Systems Support Engineer at Elster, Technical Manager at Sony Ericsson, Sr. Staff Engineer at Tekelec, and Design Reliability Engineer at Nortel. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
