Dan Duval has extensive experience in customer experience and technical support, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and Engagement at Red Hat since August 2015. Previous roles at Red Hat include Director of Cloud Native Application Development and Senior Manager responsible for Cloud Native App Development and Americas Platform Support. Prior to Red Hat, Dan Duval held various managerial positions at EMC focusing on Symmetrix technical support and was also a technical support engineer. Dan began a career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Sergeant and Aviation Radio Repairman from 1994 to 2000.
