Dan Holt

Dan Holt, CFA, serves as the Senior Director of Global Business Finance Data & Insights at Red Hat, having joined the company in August 2011. In this role, Dan leads global finance teams, drives financial strategy, and mentors emerging leaders, overseeing a diverse team responsible for providing data sets, reports, and analytical models to support the Sales Organization. Previous positions at Red Hat include Senior Director for the Commercial Segment and Director of Global Business Finance, where Dan focused on innovative forecasting and strategic growth. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Headway Workforce Solutions, Irwin Mortgage, and JPMorgan, where Dan contributed to financial planning, strategic projects, and corporate development. Dan holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
