Dave Costakos

Dave Costakos is an experienced, customer-focused, and data-driven sales leader currently serving as the West Platform Leader for OpenShift at Red Hat. Previously, they have held significant positions including Director of Zero Trust Solution Engineering at HashiCorp and Director of Systems and Capacity Management at Bloomberg LP. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proven success in meeting over $100 million quotas and closing multi-million dollar deals. Dave has a strong track record in leading both product-focused and relationship-focused technical sales teams. They hold a Master’s degree from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
