Don Perry has over two decades of experience in operations and customer success across various industries. Notably, Don served as VP of Operations at Datapipe, Inc. from 1999 to 2008, and as Director of Operations at Vultr from 2010 to 2017. Don transitioned to customer success roles at Red Hat and Anaconda, Inc. before assuming the position of Senior Solutions Architect at Red Hat in March 2020, demonstrating a strong capability in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Military experience includes a decade with the US Army, where Don held various leadership positions, following a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
