Dylan Stoneham is an accomplished instructional designer and experience designer with a strong background in education and training. With experience at TRC Interactive from August 2017 to August 2021, Dylan focused on creating performance-based online learning solutions and simulations employing instructional design techniques and adult learning theories. Previous roles at the YMCA of the Triangle included serving as a program director for various camp programs and as a youth director overseeing afterschool and summer camp initiatives. Most recently, Dylan held multiple positions at Red Hat from March 2025 to January 2023, including experience designer and learning experience designer, where the focus was on innovative training solutions and skill development for internal business units. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Education in Workforce Development and Training from North Carolina State University.
