Emilie E. Smith

Emilie E. Smith, PMP, CSM, is currently a Senior Robotics Process Automation Analyst at Red Hat, where they support the design, deployment, and maturation of the RPA Center of Excellence. Emilie previously held various roles, including Project Manager and Global Scrum Master at The TJX Companies, Inc., where they led initiatives related to robotic process automation and improvements in IT security. Their career began as a Business Analyst/Consultant at Sally Silver Companies, and they also worked at Comcast as a Technical Program Manager. Emilie holds a BS in Computer Science and Business Management from Simmons University, earned in 1985.
