Eric Chen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solution architecture and pre-sales engineering, primarily within the public sector. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture for Federal Civilian and SLED at Red Hat since April 2018, Eric leads efforts to deliver innovative solutions across various US government sectors, achieving significant growth and recognition within the team.
