Erle Marion

Erle Marion has extensive experience in technical program management and systems engineering, having held various leadership roles in organizations such as the Naval Security Group Department, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, and Red Hat. Notable positions include Technical Program Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing the lifecycle of IT product lines and overseeing complex systems for the Spectral Program. Further contributions were made as a Director for Signals Research & Target Development and as a Senior Mentor for Signals Intelligence Operations. Erle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University, a Master’s degree in Management, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with a degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning.
