Ester Guidi currently serves as the Global Partner Account Manager for ABB and is also the Head of the Red Hat Women's Leadership Community for the Swiss Chapter since May 2023. Prior to this, Ester held various roles at ABB from 2008 to 2023, including Global OEM Account Manager and Global Product Manager for Medium Voltage Drives, where significant achievements included spearheading the product launch of the ACS6080 and developing long-term global strategies for the Medium Voltage Drives test stands business. Ester’s extensive experience also encompasses technical and managerial roles in product management, sales, and market development, supported by a strong educational background in electronic engineering and business leadership from renowned institutions such as the University of Bologna and IMD.
