Fran Sapir

Fran Sapir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership skill development and enablement across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Manager and Leadership Skill Development at Red Hat since May 2017, Fran has successfully led high-performing teams to create targeted learning experiences and develop leadership programs aligned with the company's strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Fran held various positions at SignalPath, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, and the 3C Institute, focusing on product ownership and training program management. Fran also brings a background in educational program management from the Wake County Public School System and experience in developing tools for military families at the Citizen Soldier Support Program. Educational achievements include a BA in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University.
