Ingrid Towey

Ingrid Towey is a seasoned professional in technical writing and editing, currently serving as a Principal Technical Editor and Writing Coach at Red Hat since February 2015, where the focus is on enhancing associates' writing with a customer-centric approach. Prior roles include ownership of I&B Enterprises, a consulting company engaged in software usability design and content editing from September 1998 to February 2015, and a consultant position at Duke University, specializing in HIPAA compliance technical writing. Previous experience encompasses significant positions at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, where Ingrid transitioned from Technical Communication & Design Specialist to Senior Systems Analyst, as well as earlier roles in technical communications at I&B Enterprises and The Kelton Group.
