Jamil Mina

Jamil Mina is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Regional Office of Technology for Financial Services North America at Red Hat since June 2018, following roles as Chief Architect and Cloud Deployment Manager. With extensive background at BMO Financial Group from December 1994 to June 2018, Jamil held positions including Senior Manager of DevOps Automated Application Deployment, where management of a team focused on application deployment automation was key, and BSM Program Manager overseeing a $20MM program aimed at transforming IT operations. Previous roles included Senior Consultant and Application Development Manager, contributing to strategic IT infrastructure initiatives. Jamil's educational background includes an MBA from Dalhousie University, a Machine Learning course from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Project Management certificate from Boston University. Additionally, Jamil volunteered as Vice President and Social Director at Richmond Hill Aquatic Club.
