Jill Shaul

Jill Shaul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication and employee engagement, currently serving as Senior Director of Associate Experience and Engagement at Red Hat since August 2021. In this role, Jill leads efforts to foster a culture of well-being and belonging, designing programs that promote growth for both the business and its people. Prior to Red Hat, Jill had a distinguished career at Cisco, encompassing various leadership roles such as Director of Communications and Director of Employee Newsroom, where Jill excelled in connecting stakeholders and employees through compelling storytelling. Jill’s career began at Kelley Habib John and SightPath, with a foundational education in Communications from American University.
