Jim Dillon

Jim Dillon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and service management. Currently serving as the Director of North America Transformation Services at Red Hat since June 2015, Jim provides thought leadership in platform engineering and investment prioritization. Previous roles at Red Hat include Senior Services Manager, Services Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, all focused on developing high-performing platform and software delivery teams. Prior to Red Hat, Jim held various positions at Magnets USA®, including Information Technology Manager, where strategic planning and technology integration were key responsibilities. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy and Information Systems from Ferrum College.
