Josh Riley

Josh Riley, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process analysis and team leadership. Currently serving as the Team Lead/Senior Business Process Analyst at Red Hat since October 2019, Josh oversees the Order to Revenue Team and has played a crucial role in enhancing dashboard reporting and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction within the invoice to cash process. Prior to Red Hat, Josh worked at IBM in various roles, including Systems Governance Analyst and Platform Analyst Team Lead, where leadership involved managing governance processes for numerous code and system configurations. Josh began his career at Textron Financial, where contributions included Six Sigma Black Belt support and portfolio management. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School.
