Kammy Benham

Kammy Benham, M.Ed., is a seasoned professional in change management, instructional design, and training with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Red Hat, Kammy earned the Top Gun award for contributions to the global Customer Success strategy, specifically on the Enhanced Time Management project. Previous roles include managing policy changes for Facebook content moderators at Rangam Consultants, and overseeing change management and training initiatives at FOCOS INNOVATIONS. Kammy has also worked with notable companies such as CPS ENERGY, MICRON, APPLE, and Tokyo Electron, consistently demonstrating expertise in developing effective training programs and digital adoption strategies. Kammy holds a Master’s degree in Education from American InterContinental University and has a background in art and film literature from Texas State University.
