Kevan H.

Kevan H. is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading and developing innovative technology solutions. At Red Hat since December 2017, Kevan has spearheaded the Cost Management (FinOps) project, transforming it from an incubator initiative into a fully productized SaaS solution for cost visibility and optimization across major cloud platforms. Previously at IBM from January 2005 to September 2017, Kevan played pivotal roles in architecting blockchain solutions and developing SaaS applications, including a significant project in collaboration with Maersk. Kevan's technical expertise spans from low-level firmware development to high-level application architecture, complemented by internships early in the career at organizations such as Honeywell and the National Optical Astronomy Observatory. Kevan holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.
