Lauri Bayless is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in managing high-performing program and project delivery teams in fast-paced environments. They have co-owned a medical dictation business, provided consulting support to small enterprises, and most recently serve as the Consulting Services Regional Delivery Lead at Red Hat, where they focus on building teams and promoting customer success outcomes. Lauri has also held leadership roles at thyssenkrupp Elevator, leading data migration initiatives and advancing IT agile projects. Currently, they are pursuing education at Bob Jones University.
