Lene Jensen

Lene Jensen has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the fields of exam delivery and support. Currently serving as the Manager of Exam Delivery and Support at Red Hat since February 2000, Lene Jensen is responsible for customer relations, management of exams and programs, and partnering with exam delivery associates. Previous positions encompass serving as Exam Delivery and Support Manager and Senior Instructor, focusing on performance-based exams for Red Hat certifications. Prior to Red Hat, Lene Jensen was the General Manager at LJ Consulting and worked as a consultant at NTNU, where responsibilities included integrating mail systems and training personnel in Microsoft products. Lene Jensen holds a Cand. Mag degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
