Lori Bradley

Lori Bradley, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Executive Development Consultant and formerly in various HR roles at Red Hat since March 2020. Prior to this, Lori held senior HR positions at First Citizens Bank from April 2011 to March 2020, overseeing multiple departments with a focus on employee relations and performance analysis. Lori also contributed to the Raleigh Metro Society for Human Resource Management as VP of Programs from June 2009 to December 2011, managing educational programs and ensuring smooth chapter meetings. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Luihn Food Systems, Inc., and as an HR Representative at CARQUEST Auto Parts. Lori holds a BS in Business Management HR from North Carolina State University and an MS in Organization Management from Capella University.
