Luca Villa is the EMEA Regional Leader of the Critical Accounts Program at Red Hat, where they focus on enhancing the customer experience through seamless navigation of challenging situations. Previously, Luca co-founded and served as CEO of Xsec S.r.l., managing technical teams and customer relationships from 2001 to 2011. They have also held various roles at Red Hat, including Senior Manager of the Critical Accounts Program and Manager of Customer Success. Before entering the tech industry, Luca contributed as an academic researcher at Politecnico di Milano, where they developed a Decision Support System for water reservoir management. They earned a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1995.
