In February 2019, Lynn transitioned to the role of Global Talent Acquisition Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Red Hat, Lynn held the position of President/Director of Recruiting & HC at Professional Recruiters, Inc from 1984 to 2006. Lynn's educational background includes attendance at Alvirne and Middlesex Community College.
