Marie Be

Marie Be has a strong background in program management and learning development, with experience at Blue Cross NC and Red Hat. At Blue Cross NC, Marie held various roles including Program Manager Associate and Lead Program Manager, focusing on quality program administration, talent management strategy, and organizational design initiatives. Marie also participated in a Rotational Development Program, which involved cross-functional rotations in project management, enterprise learning, and community relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Intelligence and Operations at Red Hat, Marie leads a cross-functional team to optimize learning technologies and processes through data-driven strategies. Marie holds a Master of Health Education from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
