Mark Lubas

Mark Lubas is currently the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Red Hat, a position held since 2022. Previously, Mark served as Vice President of Accounting at Red Hat from 2017 to 2021 and held various accounting roles, including Corporate Controller at Cree and Controller positions at Performaworks and World Theatre, Inc. Mark's extensive experience also includes managerial and controller roles at Progress Energy, where Mark contributed to SEC reporting and corporate accounting. Mark's career began at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant in Audit from 1992 to 1997.
