Matt Ruzicka has extensive experience in customer success and technical account management, currently leading AI solutions for the Experience Engineering organization at Red Hat. They previously held various roles at Red Hat, including Associate Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager, where they focused on driving customer adoption and success. Prior to this, Matt worked at Reflex Systems and CISP as a Senior Systems Engineer, alongside earlier roles in customer support and system administration. They earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Colorado State University.
