Matthew Lai has a diverse professional background in account management and technical sales, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning as an Engineering Trainee at 數碼通, Matthew transitioned to various roles including Inside Sales Representative at Splunk, where responsibilities encompassed the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Later, Matthew served as Product Manager at Ingram Micro before taking on the role of Account Manager at Automation Anywhere. Since September 2020, Matthew has been working as a Strategic Account Director at Red Hat, utilizing accumulated expertise in strategic management and sales.
