Maxim Alter

Maxim Alter is a seasoned QA leader and storage professional with extensive experience in managing complex environments and teams. They have held prominent roles at companies such as IBM, where they led QA teams specializing in enterprise storage solutions, and Nokia, where they served as a QA Tech Lead. Previously, Maxim also managed storage and backup systems for the Israeli Defense Forces and worked as a Storage Manager at both Cellcom and Ness Technologies. Currently, they lead as a Principal Software Quality Engineer at Red Hat.
