Michael Epley

Michael Epley is a Chief Architect and Security Strategist at Red Hat, where they guide customer adoption of enterprise open-source middleware, PaaS, and cloud platforms, achieving significant sales growth. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, developing advanced data analytics applications for the U.S. Navy. Epley also worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Industrial Medium Software, Inc., ensuring successful product rollouts for government agencies. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD) in Intellectual Property Law from The University of Texas School of Law and hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
