Michael O'Neill

Michael O'Neill is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years in the industry, including a decade at Big 4 audit firms and 20 years at leading US multinational technology companies. They served as EMEA Finance Senior Director at Red Hat and were part of the European Finance Leadership Team during their extensive career at Dell, where they held various senior positions and managed sizable teams. Michael began their career as an Audit & Tax Senior at PwC and later became an Audit Supervisor at Ernst & Young. They qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant while earning their Fellowship at the Waterford Institute of Technology.
