Michael Or has extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Engineering, having worked in various roles since 2003. Starting as IPVPN Tech Support at Bezeq, Michael progressed to Testing/QA Engineer at ECI Development and subsequently at Alcatel-Lucent. Michael held senior positions, including Senior QA Engineer and Support Manager at Nokia, before becoming Development Testing/QA Team Leader at Compass-EOS. Currently, Michael serves as Senior Manager in Quality Engineering Global at Red Hat, following a transition from Nokia's CloudBand Infrastructure group. Michael holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Afeka College and additional qualifications in the field from Amal 1 Highschool and Amal 1 College.
