Mie Yamamoto

Mie Yamamoto is a Principal Technical Translator and Localization Team Lead at Red Hat, where they have worked since 2010. They possess extensive experience in the computer software industry, specializing in multilingual translation, technical documentation, internationalization, and website localization. Prior to this role, Mie held positions at IBM Australia as both a Technical Specialist and a Translation Specialist, providing technical support and translating a wide array of documents. Mie earned a Master’s degree in Japanese Interpreting and Translation, along with a Diploma in Yoga Education, from The University of Queensland and Yoga Vidya Gurukul.
